I have enjoyed running for many years, and I've decided to do it for charity now. I have chosen the Stroke Association, which supports stroke survivors and their carers, and research into stroke.

My amazing grandmother passed away last year, having suffered several strokes during the last few years of her life. I'm doing this fundraising in her memory, and with gratitude to those who care for stroke survivors, like my mother.
