We deliver palliative and end-of-life care to adults who have life-limiting illnesses

Story

Hello and thank you for taking the time to visit our page.

The three of us are going to put ourselves right in the deep end and attempt the Great North Run. We will be raising money for HospiceCare North Northumberland, a charity very close to our own hearts.

In November 2015 our wives'/partners' mum Sally Wood was diagnosed with Glioblastoma Multiforme, a type of brain tumour. The hospice provided fantastic care for her and helped the family with unbelievable support along their extremely difficult journey. With this help Sally was able to remain at home where she died in July with the family by her side.

The hospice needs to raise £400,000 a year to keep going and can only continue through the generosity of people like you. Any contribution you can provide is greatly appreciated, by not only us three, but by the Wood family and the hospice.

Thank-you so much!

Harry, Luke and Luke
