Yes, sorry, I know, its that time of year again when I start pestering you all for sponsorship. Thankfully its for such a worth cause I just know you'll all be happy to whip out your wallets once more.

So, this year I'm doing one of each of my favourite types of  races (in chronological order):

1. (Doynton Hard) Half Marathon = 13 miles
2. (Green Man) Ultra Marathon = 45 miles
3. (Brighton) Marathon = 26 miles
4. (Ben Nevis) Mountain Race = 10 miles
5. (A yet to be booked) 10K Race = 6 miles

So, a total of 100 miles, or a tad over to be precise.

As most of you know, I always run for The Samaritans as they do amazing work helping people when they need it most and so deserve all the support they can get. If you can spare a few quid in sponsoring me both they and I will be extremely grateful.
