I will be running the Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc (UTMB) this August, a 100 mile mountain ultra run around Europe's highest Mountain. This will also involve over 6 miles of positive altitude change and is widely regarded as one of the toughest footraces on Earth.

I hope to raise money for 2 great charities, Naomi House and Queen Alexandra Hospital NICU unit. Firstly, Naomi House in memory of Phoebe Craig, the Daughter of a friend and colleague of mine who was sadly taken from us by Leukaemia at the age of 5. Naomi House provided huge support to the Craig family in their darkest hour.

Secondly, the NICU unit at Portsmouth's Queen Alexandra hospital were amazing when my Daughter was born earlier this year 10 weeks prematurely and neither my Wife or myself can thank them enough.
