We are a team of 16 individuals who are running the great north run on September 11th 2016 to raise money for the Charlie Bear Charity. We have called ourselves the Tumournators as our wish and hope for the future is the ability for all Cancer Tumours to be destroyed.

This is a charity very close to all our hearts. Mark Jones is a Husband, A Dad,  A Friend, And A Family member who has fought a brain tumour for the last ten years. His inspirational fight to survive against all the odds drives us all to complete the Great North Run.

This charity provides research, equipment and support to cancer patients their families and friends across the North East of England.

The charity is based in the Northern Centre for Cancer Care (NCCC) at the Freeman hospital, one of the leading Cancer specialist units in the UK.

Unfortunately we all know someone affected by Cancer and the devastating effects it causes. Supporting our team and donating as much or little as you can will help change someone's outlook on life and even save lives. Nobody chooses to go through the journey of cancer but Cancer does not discriminate and can effect everyone. Please help us make the Cancer journey more bearable and hopefully in the future we can wipe out this disease. Thank you for any donations.
