We are taking part in the Annual Ride & Stride Plus, a fun day day exploring some of Sussex's and Hampshire's unique historic buildings, raising money for both my local church and the Sussex Historic Churches Trust. Many historic churches, chapels and meeting houses are battling to survive. Roofs leak, ancient timbers rot and medieval stonework crumbles.
