I decided to compete in the IRONMAN Wales to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society. The IRONMAN event is brutally hard and seemingly impossible... but it is not as awful as being diagnosed with Alzheimer's. My brother Mike has this dreadful illness. This is for him.
