We offer support, advice and information to people with tinnitus and their families

Story

We've joined together to raise money for the British Tinnitus Association...we are now collectively known as Dream Team Tinnitus!

We take on the York 10K in August and would love you to support our fundraising efforts.

Our 10K team consists of :

  • self-confessed clumsy runner and Fundraising Administrator, Ellen Hindley
  • complete novice, hater of running and Head of Individual Giving, David Steele
  • experienced 10K-er and Chief Executive, David Stockdale
  • back of the field runner and Fundraising Officer, Helen Twelves

David Steele said, “All four of us regularly speak to people on the helpline and meet people at our public information events, so we know the BTA really makes a difference to those affected by tinnitus. We wanted to take part in the York 10K to raise awareness of tinnitus as well as raising funds for the charity”.

The British Tinnitus Association is the only national charity specialising in tinnitus support. Their vision is a world where no one suffers from tinnitus. They receive no money from the government, so are 100% reliant on the generosity and support of members of the public and grant-making organisations to be able to support people with tinnitus across the UK.

All of their work is paid for by the generosity of supporters like you.

Many thanks,

Ellen, Helen, David and David.
