I am a Second Year Student Mental Health Nurse and have seen the struggle that lack of funding can cause the NHS on a day-to-day basis. With the COVID-19 pandemic, the NHS needs extra funding more than ever! Baking is a hobby of mine, it helps me relax when I'm stressed and gives me time and space to experiment with different food types and flavours, I have decided to use my hobby to make custom orders as a means to help raise money for the NHS through this difficult period.
