Join us for a funky, fun and free online workout on Saturday 31st October at 10am and let's Get Merthyr Moving! You can take part on your own or with your household - just tune in via the Facebook Live and remember to wear pink! 

Our goal is to raise funds while we work out. You can sponsor yourself or someone else - all funds will go directly to Breast Cancer Now in aid of breast cancer awareness month.
