We're finally on the 'home straight' of our vision to build a brand new Church and Community Centre to serve the people of Harwood and Bolton so we need a BIG challenge that will be a BIG fundraiser!  The building will be a fabulous and much needed resource for the area.

When you Google Harwood Methodist, it gives two options - Harwood Methodist, Bolton, England and Harwood Methodist, Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA.  "Wouldn't it be a good idea to ride from ours to theirs as a fundraiser?" we thought!  Rather too difficult to do in reality so we thought we'd do it on exercise bikes instead.  So, from Sunday 8th to Friday 13th October, members of our church, friends, supporters and the general public will be in Bolton Market Place 'exercise cycling' (on bikes donated by The Gym, Bolton) the 2,027 land miles that separate the two churches.  It is a massive challenge, involving lots of people of all ages and we would really appreciate your support - financial, cycling and just coming to see us and cheer us on!
