NHS staff and volunteers are doing amazing work right now in caring for COVID-19 patients. Together, let's show our respect and gratitude as they work tirelessly in the face of the virus. It's our turn to make sure we look after them, to ensure they can keep doing their vital work.

Eve, Emma & Annabel are serious about their hula hooping! So, they have set a serious goal of hula hooping for a minimum of 4 hours on Sunday 17th May. All have personal records in excess of 350 non-stop loops. With minimal breaks, this is going to be a hula hoop endurance of the highest order!
