I am aiming to do all of the Great Swims this year along with the Media City USwim event . Rob will also be doing all 5 swims with me, and at two of these events I'll be attempting to swim 5km. I am also going to run Grimsby 10km and the Cardiff Half Marathon. There may even be a couple of other events thrown in for good measure!

I want to raise as much money for Neurocare as possible as a tribute to our friend Bess. Bess was with me when I did my first ever open water swim event and it feels right to honour his life in this way. Doing the GNS this year will be sad, but I know he'll be with me every stroke of the swim.
