This is a request for you to donate some of your hard earned money..... 

Please will you help me raise £2000 for Able Child Africa when I run the London Marathon this year. 

I know loads of people run marathons nowadays, you've probably run a few yourself...but I'm no spring chicken and would really appreciate your support.

More importantly here are some great reasons to part with your cash! 

Did you know...

• There are around 50 million children living with a disability in Africa.
• Up to 80% of these children will not live to be 5 years old. 
• The ones that do are 4 times more likely to be abused and10 times more likely to be out of school.

Able Child Africa will make a life changing difference to literally thousands of some of the world's most vulnerable children. 

They do this using sport, education, awareness, fighting for rights and by empowering local organisations. 

Please help me to raise £2000 by making a donation on this page. As a thank you and in recognition of the priviledge of running the marathon I'll add 15% to every donation recieved.
