Story

Me and my sister are climbing the two highest mountains in England in one day.

They are Scafell Pike and Sca Fell and we’re doing it this week on Saturday September 22nd (my 48th birthday).

We want to raise money for the MS Trust. Lisa's husband Paul was diagnosed with primary progressive multiple sclerosis in 2014 and has had amazing support from his MS Trust Nurse.

£1,500 will fund the charity's personal enquiry service for a week and a half. This is the helpline that our family contacted at the time of Paul's diagnosis. We believe this service is an essential lifeline for people in the UK needing information and help at a critical time.

We have both been up Scafell Pike as kids! It's 3,209 feet high. Sca Fell is its neighbour at 3.162ft,  the second highest in England. The walk between them is no picnic because of a wide cliff called, erm, Broad Crag. It's pretty tricky.
