Story

Hi my name is Ciara and I am seven years old. I wanted to do swimming to raise money because I love swimming and it's a really good sport to do. I feel it's a really good thing to do because it's helping other people even if I don't know them. I am fundraising to get more talking books in the library. I am going to be doing seven lengths for seven days. Right now I haven't been doing my real seven lengths, I have been practising. I feel really good that I'm raising money to help people and I hope that you'll sponsor me something with the number seven in it.

About the campaign

Sponsor a Talking Book and help us create a world without barriers for blind and partially sighted people.

About the charity

Every day 250 people in the UK start losing their sight. With your help, we can be there when people need us most, support independent living, create an inclusive society and prevent avoidable sight loss. Every pound you raise will help create a future where sight loss is no longer a barrier.
