On Sunday 9th September, I'll be running the 13.1 mile Great North Run to raise money for a cause that's both hugely worthwhile and especially close to my heart - Eden Valley Hospice.

Serving the area around my hometown in North Cumbria, Eden Valley Hospice provides palliative care for people with incurable or life limiting illnesses. The charity enables patients and their carers to live life as fully and as independently as possible, and is almost entirely funded by public donations.

Any donation, no matter how small, would be massively appreciated. Dig deep to help me get over the finish line, and enable other families to benefit as much as we did.
