Many of you will know my brave, courageous, amazing nephew Jj fought cancer for almost 4 years until that awful disease took him from us in March this year at the young age of 26.  From when he was diagnosed until he lost his battle an amazing charity Maggies in Newcastle gave him and the family amazing help and support and he made many friends there too, they are there whenever you need them for help and advise, a chat or just somewhere to go away from the clinical hospital environment to see family, last year before we knew Jj was loosing his battle I told him I wanted to do the great north run for maggies so we could give a little something back for all the support they have given him he seemed bit shocked but said he was proud of me and gave me a big hug I am not one to let people down so I am doing this for them and for him, I'm not a runner at all but going to train and do my very best to do this it will be a great achievement for me and the way I see it all the pain and suffering Jj and anyone fighting cancer or any disease goes through is much more than a few hours of pain and suffering I will go through. I would be very grateful if you would sponsor me and help this amazing charity continue its great work and help many more families as it helped mine.
