Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  I set my self this challenge to keep fit and healthy during this difficult time. I wanted to make it creative, to not just run for an hour or once every week so i thought that 10k a day would be a great idea, but definitely a challenge. When i realized just how big this challenge was, with 70k in a week being about 43 miles or just under two marathons, i realized that as well as good fitness i could do some good for a local charity staff and patients.
