Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit this JustGiving page.

I hope this will be a fun opportunity on your daily walks around the estate, to learn more about our local and British wildlife and raise money for the ones being looked after by East Sussex WRAS in the process.

To Participate:
This is a great opportunity for us all to learn more about our amazing British wildlife species. Choose any British animal or bird to research more about and make your display to share with others.
Some ideas for your displays may include:
• Facts on your chosen animal
• Drawings
• Pictures
• A model or crafted creation
• Cuddly/toy animal
• Something funny to cheer people up?
• Or perhaps for older children a QR code for people to scan to find out more!
It can be as big or small as you want it to be, in the front garden, your drive or on a window. Just as long as it’s safe for people to view from pavement etc. (Please don’t leave anything valuable or precious to you out!)

Get on the Map.
We will be plotting your dot on the map for people to know where to find your wildlife. ***Please let us know your address so you are included and your chosen animal or bird ASAP*** (so we can avoid too many duplicates). If you're looking for ideas, a list of suggestions not yet chosen will be available.

As well as a map showing where you can find all of the displays, a checklist will also be available for you to print off beforehand and tick them off as you go around.

When?
The trail will run during half term week: 23rd - 31st May.
Displays will be out by 10am on Saturday 23rd May and available to find until 5pm each day.

Donate.
There is no mandatory charge to join in or do the trail as it is for everyone. However, we would love to support East Sussex WRAS Wildlife Rescue with this project. Please donate above if you are able.

Please remember when visiting.....
 • Social distancing, stay 2m apart from everyone.
 • Don't feed the animals, they may be on special diets.
 • Keep out of peoples gardens.
 • Don't touch the animals, they may bite!!!
