Thanks a lot for visiting my page.  Yes that's right I'm running the 2018 Great North Run in memory of my dad who died of lung / spinal cancer in 2011.  Growing up in Northumberland as a blind person wasn't easy and this was made tougher by having questions about my gender identity which I kept hidden until only a few years ago when I came out as trans and began gender transition.  I'm raising money for Northumberland Pride as I really believe in the great work they do to support LGBT+ people across Northumberland.  They held the first ever Northumberland Pride march  this summer and it was a greaT SUCCESS.  I really want to raise money to help next year's event be bigger, brighter and bolder!  Any donation you can make is greatly appreciated and will help me cross the finish line knowing I've made a difference to other LGBT people.
