2 Flights , 2 Lives, 2 Rides, 2 Days

Two rides in two days following the route the air ambulance took when helping Andrew "Charlie" Charlesworth and Graham Martin 

October 21st / 22nd 2017

Day 1: Marden to Sittingbourne, Sittingbourne to Ashford, Ashford to Marden ~ 70 miles

Day 2: Marden to Sittingbourne, Sittingbourne to Maidstone, Maidstone to Marden ~ 50 miles

Thanks to the involvement of the Air Ambulance, both Andrew and Graham have been rescued when their help was urgently needed.

In 2016 Graham needed their help when he suffered a cardiac arrest while at the local leisure centre, he was fortunate that the air ambulance was able to land in a School grounds to assist him.  They transported him to Ashford Hospital where he received the treatment he needed to make a recovery.

Andrew was involved in a car accident in 2003 and with the assistance of the Air Ambulance he was treated and transported to Maidstone Hospital where he spent time recovering.
