Most people can see or at least quickly realise that running isn't exactly a hobby of mine, but taking part each year in this event provides me with some much needed exercise and most importantly enables me to raise funds for Guide Dogs.

This will be the 3rd year that I will have taken part, my training has been minimal to say the least but I'm aiming to beat last years time of 57 mins and 11 secs!!
