This year I am doing my Manchester 100 mile bike ride in memory of all those poeple who have lost there fight with cancer.

On a personal note my wife and myself have lost family members to this disease. 

Close freinds and work colleague's have also lost loved ones and work colleague's to cancer this year.

So lets celabrate the lives of those who are no longer with us and show our support for those fighing cancer and there family's right now by giving a little money.

All the money raised this year is going to MacMillian nurse's who's help and support  people and there family's living with cancer .

Hope the picture's of me in lycra has not put you off !
