During 2010 i intend to attempt a couple of long distance walks. The first is on Feb 20th and is the Lyke Wake walk which will cover just over 40 miles in 12 hours.

I am trying to raise money for The Clarke Lister Brain Haemorrhage Foundation in memory of Dayle Amesbury, my younger brother who died of a brain haemorrhage in December 2007.
