My story
----------------------------------------------------------
UPDATE:
WE DID IT! Three punctures, a buckled wheel, a pedal that kept falling off and a chain that snapped. Sore bums, painful knees and knackered silence each night we finished a ride!
100 miles of road, forest path, gravel and hills that went up and up straight into the clouds for miles! Downhill decents at nearly 200mph. Views and an atmosphere that made you feel really alive. A set of people that you'll treasure forever.
A crazy headwind that pushed you back up hill. The sight of Durham Cathedral that gave you the energy to climb the vertical slope that took you to the door.
A beer, a handshake, a hug. A photo, a memory and a promise to do it all again.
22 quid per mile raised for people that really need it. Jeez this is living!
Look at a few piccies, more coming soon...

This is gonna be hard, really hard, there's a chance we won't make it! We might break our bikes and ourselves in the process...

Raising LOADS of money for charity - SCOPE (www.scope.co.uk)
90 miles off road terrain through some huge hills between York and Durham, well, maybe some cycle paths and a little on road. 2 days with an overnight sleep whereever we fall on the first day. We're just carrying water, snacks and a sleeping bag. We'll beg for shelter and food on the way.
