Yep, I know I don't normally run unless it involves chasing a football or legging it for a train. 

However, having talked about doing it last year, it appears I've taken the somewhat startling move of signing up to make my 10k debut on July 13. 

And that's where I need you lot to get involved, because I'm running for charidee. So please dig deep, give anything you can and feel free to come and watch me puff and pant my way round the course. After all, I'll need a bit of motivation to keep me away from any McD's I may pass while pounding the streets of Landan town!
