Hi All,

I've finally taken the plunge and signed myself up for the London Marathon! You may think that running 26.2 miles is a crazy thing to put oneself through... and all the training required through the cold months leading up to it even worse. However in my defence I can say that its all for an extremely worthwhile cause!

I'm sure you all have friends or family affected by hearing difficulties. Infact on average it effects 45% of the population in some way, and 20% to the extent of requiring a hearing aid. Communication is vital in maintaining good relationships at home and at work, and listening is by many believed to be the most important part of this. Hearing concern is a national charity which helps individuals overcome communication difficulties and combat the isolation of hearing loss.

So listen up, your help will not only be appreciated but REQUIRED! And no donation considered too small...
