My personal message:

Hello everyone,

Well, I have done it and I tell you it was pretty painful.  Thanks to cramp in both legs and lots of blisters, I really felt the pain.  But, I am pleased to say I finished it in just over 4 and a half hours.

It was so nice to cross the finishing line and I did that mainly thanks to all the money I raised and knowing how I was going to be helping BAAF.

So thank you so so much for all your support - both fundraising and being there on the day.

And no, you won't see me running it next year!!
