Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.
On 30th September I will be struggling to complete Great North Run to raise funds for the Dystonia charity ADDER.
My Mother, Julie, suffers from a form of Dystonia known as Spasmodic Torticollis which affects the muscles in the neck.
Dystonia is a neurological movement disorder dominated by involuntary, sustained muscle spasms. These spasms can affect various parts of the body and can be extremely painful. While there have been recent developments in treatment, there is still no cure.
I was hoping that you would like to sponsor my run so that the charity can continue to help Dystonia sufferers.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Action For Dystonia, Diagnosis, Epidemiology And Research will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. So please sponsor me now!
Many thanks for your support.
Geoff.
