About the charity : Tiny Lives Tiny Lives
The Special Care Baby Unit at the Royal Victoria Infirmary, Newcastle upon Tyne specialises is saving babies lives. Every year, 600 premature or ill newborn babies are admitted to the hospital from across the North East, with up to 34 babies being looked after at any one time. Many of these tiny babies can be extremely ill or require intensive care. Tiny Lives was set up to support the Newcastle Neonatal Service by helping raise funds to buy extras not provided by the NHS.

Thanks for visiting the George Stephenson High School Charity Appeal 2008-09.

We are raising money for the Tiny Lives unit at the RVI in Newcastle upon Tyne helping provide help and care to premature babies born in the North East of England.

Any donation you make is hugely appreciated by both the school and the people at Tiny Lives.  A range of events are planned across the year and you can get involved inside school or in the wider community.
