Anyone who has known me for over a year, knows the lazy lush who has a penchant for red high heels. The booze has been replaced by Lucozade and the Georgi shoes are now Adidas trainers! Training for the London Marathon is one of the biggest challenges I have ever set myself but the Multiple Sclerosis Resource Centre is well worth the effort - the information and support they offer to people affected by MS is invaluable. They've certainly helped me through a couple of wobbly times and inspired me to maintain fitness and humour in the face of potential relapses.
Any amount you can afford will keep me motivated and more importantly fund the MSRC. Go on, feel good about yourself today :-) Also while you're here, please help me keep going by suggesting some new tunes for my running playlist.
