Gilgil High School is a dilapidated boarding school in a small town in Kenya. We want to turn it into a model for the region and the country. The school will offer high quality but affordable education to pupils from a wide geographical area, including local children and streetboys in particular, who would not otherwise be able to go to secondary school.

We don't need to spend money on expensive buildings - these are already in place. Instead, we will use your donations to upgrade educational and boarding facilities so that the school can reach its full potential quickly. In particular, we will install science and IT laboratories, libraries and dormitories, and will repair the school's electrical and water systems so that it can function at full efficiency. This will transform the quality of education offered to its pupils.
