I am undertaking a sponsored abseil at Lulworth Castle on Sunday 26th April 2009, which has been postponed from 2nd November 2008.

This is a great challenge and a fantastic event for me to take part in.  I will be abseiling down the castle tower, which is 70 feet! 

The Southern Spinal Injuries Trust helps to promote and protect spinal injury sufferers, particularly, but not exclusively through the provision of equipment to assist them with daily living skills and mobility.  You can get more information via their website www.ssit.org.uk
