Personal message:

Having been coerced into signing up for the London to Brighton bike ride this year I then rather recklessly put my name down for another.  Over the two days (11th May and 15th June) I'll be riding 104 miles whilst hopefully raising a bit of cash.

My chosen charity, The British Association for Adoption & Fostering offer the hope of something most of us take for granted - a family.

Having not ridden a bike since those heady BMX days of the 80's, I'll take simply crossing the line as a worthy accomplishment.  So please, if you're able, help me support a good cause in the process. If you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Thanks for your support.

Glen
