Parents for Children is an adoption and fostering agency specialising in finding loving, caring families for children with exceptional needs. Children who may have been abused, have learning difficulties or a physical disability, or may just be over five years old and therefore much harder to place.

My story

Hi All

RAAM, the 3000-plus mile Race Across America is the sporting challenge of my lifetime. Serpentine Golden Girls are a relay team of four `older women`, average age 60, (but I am the oldest!!). We are embarking on a 24/7 ordeal on June 11th. I have a daunting training regime so do please help my motivation on those endless hours on the bike, with a donation towards Parents for Children - an agency fulfilling another of my lifelong driving forces; helping to optimise the chances of some very special, but disadvantaged children.
