Goreeb and Eatheem Fund Trust, a UK based registered charity organisation was established in 2007 with the aim of helping to eradicate poverty for orphaned children and poor people throught Bangladesh.
Our activities are: To provide Financial support towards the educational needs of children from poor families, help to deliver education by building Madrasa schools, to provide access to educational materials and development programmes for study, to build Shelter for the homeless. Other projects include Medical treatment, Rickshaws and vans for the poor. Sewing machine distribution among poor women, orphan project, Qurbani project and Financial help for widows.
Between 2007 and 2009, Goreeb And Eatheem Fund Trust UK has donated over £250,000 pounds to different projects all over Bangladesh. We helped to deliver vital Emergency aid during the aftermath of Cyclone Sidr in 2007 and more recently to those affected by cyclone Aila. We have started a Ambulance Service and Funeral Service in Moulvibazar and are in the process of providing a Ambulance service in Sylet. We have to date supported financially over 500 orphans in different Madrasa's throughout Bangladesh.
