My story

Just to let everyone know that I completed the Great North Run in just under 3 hours. Feeling the effects a little but it's worth it!

I would just like to say a big THANK YOU to everyone who has supported me throughout.

I am running the Great North Run (13.1 miles!! that's a long way!) for Asthma UK. I decided to run for this charity as my dad suffers quite badly from asthma as do several of my friends. I believe this charity is a very worthy cause as they help thousands of asthma sufferers cope with this condition.
