Raising money for
Charity Registration No. 261794
Age Concern is the UK's largest organisation working for and with older people. In England, we are a federation of over 400 charities working together to promote the well-being of all older people. Age Concern's work ranges from providing vital local services to influencing public opinion and government. Every day we are in touch with thousands of older people from all kinds of backgrounds - enabling them to make more of life.
On 1 April 2009, Age Concern England and Help the Aged joined together to create a new charity dedicated to improving the lives of older people.
Operating under the name ‘Age Concern and Help the Aged’, we speak with one voice on behalf of all older people.

My story
10 Graduates, 6 care homes, over 100-miles of cycling, culminating with the 10-mile Great South Run.
The BUPA Graduates of 2003/2004 are undertaking a charity fundraising event to raise money for Age Concern. Over the course of 3 days, we will be cycling more than 100-miles between 6 BUPA care homes, entertaining the residents with a keyboard accompanied singing extravaganza! We will also run bespoke interactive sessions at each of the homes.
If all this fails to impress, perhaps it would help you to know that the challenge will only be completed once all 10 of us have pushed our bodies through the pain barrier to complete the full 10-miles of the BUPA Great South Run.
BUPA Community Connections are kindly matching every pound that you donate.
Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor us online.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Age Concern England will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
So please sponsor us now!
Many thanks for your support.
