My story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

I'm pleased to say that I survived the triathlon on Sunday 9th August, despite ingesting large amounts of dockland water. Time was 2 hours 56 minutes - 43 minute swim, 1 hour 17 on the bike, 47 minutes running, and the rest competitive clothing changes and finding my way though Excel centre. Cycling through central London with no cars was a real pleasure. A BIG BIG thank you to all those who have so genrously supported me.

It's still not too late to donate. Your money can help rural women  set up a microcredit scheme - or promote literacy, market gardens, or help them claim their civic and political rights. Find out more at   www.villageaid.org  Please be generous.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Village AiD will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Many thanks for all your support.

Graham
