My story

Yes I’m a total sucker for punishment and will be taking on the Virgin London Marathon!

I’m raising money for a fantastic charity Nordoff Robins, which uses the power of music to transform the lives of some of the UK’s most vulnerable children and adults.  My son Louis has Asperger’s, but also has a very special gift for music, which was what gave me the idea to start helping this very special charity. I have visited their centre and seen for myself how Nordoff Robbins music therapy can help people with severe difficulties have a greater connection to the world.

Skiing and running don’t really mix – big quads are not an advantage when pounding the pavement.  With this in mind I have set a realistic but challenging target of 3hrs 45mins.

However the main target is the fundraising one, please help me reach my goal of £3000.  If you feel like it leave me a fruity message.
