Story

Serfraz Qayyum holds the Main Project close to his heart, as a charity it has helped support his son who is on the autistic spectrum.

Recently there was news that the Main project was running low on vital opperational funding and risked closure, not wanting to sit back, being eager to help, and very obviously not being affraid of tackling something head on. Serfraz decided the time was right to try and help this great cause in the best way he thought given his attitude....a physical challenge.

Serfraz has accepted a challenge to take part in a Charity Grappling Superfight on Sunday, 24th January 2011, facing off against Jamie Taylor, a top local grappling coach and a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Blue Belt, In a 10 minute super bout.

Serfraz has very little grappling experience so this will be a particularly hard challenge for him however he is determined to take part and generate some funding for this great charity.

"Grappling known sometimes as No-Gi is a form of martial arts that does not involve punching or kicking that focus on ground fighting with the aim of obtaining a submission or tapout using a variety of holds and locks"

Please dig deep guys and try and give as much as you can for this great charity
