1 in 100 people have coeliac disease, yet only 36% are diagnosed. Coeliac UK empowers everyone affected, breaking down barriers, improving everyday life, offering trusted support and advancing research towards a cure. And we do it all so that one day, no one’s life will be limited by gluten.

Story

So, Shell managed to get me drunk and make me think it would be a good idea to cycle round Loch Ness in one day. It's pushing 70 miles, which is almost 100...

I know, right?!

We've set a date for the 4th of June and hopefully we won't die.

I'm raising money for Coeliac UK, a charity which is obviously close to my heart after being diagnosed coeliac in 2008. Go to www.coeliac.org.uk for more information on them.
