More than 30 amature trekkers are soon to take on the famous National 3 Peaks Challenge - trekking 26 miles, in 3 different countries, up 3 different mountains, climbing around 9000ft all within 24 hours to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care!!!
The National Three Peaks Challenge is a mountain-endurance challenge in Great Britain, with a history of over 40 years, in which participants attempt to climb the highest peaks of each of the island's three countries. Whilst the challenge has no official rules or time restrictions, many participants try and complete it within 24 hours

THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO MADE THE MEETING AND SIGNED UP!!!
The first training weekend will be on the 13th-14th of June in the Brecon Beacons, treking over some of the routes that the SAS use in basic training!!
The next training session will be on the 4th of July in southern Snowdonia - on a mountain called Cadair Idris.
The final training weekend will be on the 18th-19th of July in Snowdonia again, on Snowdon itself, for a 'mock three peaks attempt!'
