Hill runnings given me the munches.....heeeellllo chocolate brownies :)

So.....This is the BIG ONE!

I am running the London Marathon 22nd April 2012 to raise £2000 for St Georges Paediatric Intensive Care Unit....aiming to provide those poorly children with some comfort in the form of Music Therapy and light stimulation....looking to alleviate anxieties and provide some comfort through the tough times.

Please please please be as generous as you can...and for those of you who didnt donate last time...this is your chance to redeem yourself!!!

Training is going well :) This week so far its been:

- 15 Hill sprints

-1 hour of threshold running

-core workout

and friday is the 2 hour 15 min run...yes....no stopping :) x x

Bleurgh....So, its been a tough few weeks juggling a dodgy knee and stinky night shifts. But anyway....im still on target (i think) eeek....super anxious now but still aiming for sub 4.30....i'm thinking the last 2 hours spent running up and down hills may have helped :) :)
