We represent the interests and campaign for the rights of all deaf children and young people from birth to independence. NDCS believes that the family is the most important influence on a deaf child's development. NDCS supports the deaf child through the family as well as directly supporting deaf children and young people themselves.

My story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.

As some of you may know, i am myself hard of hearing and know the difficulties this disability can create. Please help by sponsoring as much as possible. Leave the hard part of actually doing the ironman to me!....however if anyone would like to keep me company and come along i have a couple of spare application forms!!

What is the Ironman race? It comprises of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and then a 26.2 mile run. I will have 17 Hours to complete the entire race. That has got to be worth a few quid of your money!!

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The National Deaf Children's Society will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
