Hello everyone!

In November I will be cycling 420km across Kenya to raise money for the children there who are living in extreme poverty. These are some of the world's most vunerable children many of whom are affected by HIV and AIDS who desperately need our help. By taking up this (rather daunting)  physical challenge I have pledged to raise £3000 for the International Childcare Trust to help these children. To achieve this target  I am asking you to support me in my challenge by donating as much as you can to help improve these children's lives.
