When Alice returned from Tanzania last summer, having spent 3 weeks volunteering at the Peace Matunda Orphanage, she was already desperate to go back. Teaching, looking after the children and organising activities were just a few of the responsibilities she had when she was there. It was a life changing experience and she had an amazing time.

As a family, we would like to raise some money to support the orphanage and have planned a visit this summer when we will visit the orphanage and climb Kilimanjaro.

We will keep you updated on our progress in the coming months, even while we are in Tanzania! Our climb will be from the 2nd to the 8th of August. 

All the money raised will go to the orphanage. We plan to double the sum and the founders of the Cicely Foundation will double this.
