We've just completed this year's Prostate UK challenge, to walk the western half of the coast to coast, from St Bees to Kirkby Stephen - 84 miles and a total climb of about 11,000 feet - in five days.  It was harder than I expected, partly because we added on some highish peaks along the way, but very rewarding.

Prostate UK is a fantastic charity, working against all the prostate diseases, including cancer, which can ruin the lives of men and their loved ones.
