I have now completed the Goofy Race and a Half Challenge in 8 hours 23 mins 21 sec.

For some strange reason, mental breakdown probably, I have registered to complete the Goofy Challenge at Walt Disney World. This involves a Half marathon on the Saturday morning followed by the full marathon on the Sunday. I am now in my final training and your support will help with the motivation to get the the finish line before the sweeper van.


As part of this I am hoping to get you all to give some donations for the a community project in Mozambique this is being done through Vila Maninga .  They have an orphanage and homes for the elderly, although I have not been up to this village I have on my visits to Celia's family seen the poverty in Mozambique and although it is getting better it does need our support.
